WGS 200 - Introduction to Women, Gender, and Sexuality3 Credit Hours Introduction to key concepts and methods in the study of women, gender, and sexuality, including the fields of gender, feminist, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) studies. Students will examine historical movements, theoretical debates, and contemporary issues, especially as they pertain to the intersection of gender, race, class, sexuality, and other dimensions of social inequality. Emphasis will vary according to the interdisciplinary expertise of the instructor.
