SCM 413 - Logistics Operations3 Credit Hours The course introduces students to supply chain and logistics operations and tactics. Specifically, the course will emphasize front-line decision-making in the following areas: transportation, warehousing, distribution center operations, and human resource management. The goal of customer service and value creation across the supply chain will be a focus area, as we seek to improve firm level operational decision making within a global supply chain perspective. In particular, we will explore how current trends in global trade will dynamically impact supply chain operations.
