Animal Science Major, BS in Animal Science – Animal Industries Concentration

To remain in the major, students must maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA in ANSC courses by the end of semester three. Students must complete ANSC 100 , ANSC 150 *, and ANSC 220 with minimum grades of C, C, and C- respectively to remain in the Animal Science Major.
uTrack Requirements
Universal Tracking (uTrack) is an academic monitoring system designed to help students stay on track for timely graduation. In order to remain on track, students must complete the minimum requirements for each tracking semester, known as milestones. Milestones include successful completion of specified courses and/or attainment of a minimum GPA. uTrack requirements only affect full-time, degree-seeking students.

One Quantitative Reasoning Elective must be MATH 115 * or MATH 117 * or STAT 201 * or STAT 207 *. MATH 123 * is recommended but not required. |

A minor in Agricultural Extension , Agricultural and Natural Resource Communication , Food and Agricultural Business , Business Administration , Communication Studies , Information Sciences , Journalism and Electronic Media , or other discipline with approval of the Animal Science Undergraduate Committee is required. |
