A student may not declare a political science major until he/she has completed POLS 101 (or POLS 107 ) and POLS 102 . Upon granting admission to the major, the department will assign the student an academic advisor who will help the student plan a program of study for the major.

Major Requirements
The major consists of 24 hours of courses numbered 300 or above. Select at least one course–U.S. Government and Politics/Public Administration:
Select at least one course–Comparative Government and Politics:
Select at least one course–International Relations:
Select at least one course–Political Theory:
Select four courses:
any 300-400 level political science courses (from lists above) |
