ECE 433 - Introduction to VLSI3 Credit Hours Investigates the behavior of microelectronic devices in digital circuits and helps the students develop an understanding of the relationship between the device physics and the device static and dynamic characteristics. Includes laboratory assignments which are designed to give advanced undergraduate students a working knowledge of CMOS digital integrated circuit technology, circuit design methodologies, including simulation and physical layout of CMOS digital circuit structures.
