MGT 562 - Data-Driven Decision Making

Data collection, data analysis, decision making with analysis, and presenting decisions to management and other stakeholders. Covers survey design and implementation, interview skills, archival data sources. Provides statistical analysis tools and approaches for presenting recommendations.
(DE) Prerequisite(s): Management 520 and HRM 521.
