MSE 405 - X-ray Diffraction

3 Credit Hours
Crystal structures and the reciprocal lattice and how the atomic parameters relate to X-ray powder diffraction data. Production of laboratory X-rays and overview of hardware, data collection, and data analysis software and applications.
(RE) Prerequisite(s): 360, Physics 232; and English 102, 132, 290, or 298.
