KNS 535 - Health and Exercise Psychology3 Credit Hours Critical examination of various aspects of health and exercise psychology including the psychological benefits of exercise (e.g., increased well-being) as well as the psychological pitfalls of too much exercise (e.g., exercise addiction, overeating, disordered eating behavior etc.). Registration Restriction(s): Must be majors within the Department of Kinesiology, Recreation, and Sport Studies or permission of the instructor. Minimum student level – graduate.
