MATH 471 - Numerical Analysis3 Credit Hours
Introduction to computation, instabilities, and rounding. Interpolation and approximation by polynomials and piecewise polynomials. Quadrature and numerical solution of initial and boundary value problems of ordinary differential equations, including stiff systems.
