FWF 570 - Natural Resource Sustainability: Social, Political and Institutional Dimensions3 Credit Hours Use and management of natural resources in a world of constant change, interdependent systems (environmental, social, economic and political), and inevitable conflicts, utilizing technical as well as social/political advances. Historical and current approaches to natural resource governance, associated and inherent conflicts, changes in institutions and new paradigms of collaboration, adaptive management, social learning and social capacity building. Credit Restriction: Credit Restriction(s): Students who received credit for Forestry 570 may not receive credit for Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries 570. Comment(s): Graduate standing required.
