AFST 473 - Black Male in American Society

3 Credit Hours
Examines historical images, myths, and stereotypes which have developed concerning African-American males in American society. Includes the impact of such critical factors as black feminism, violence, concepts of masculinity, the family, white males, white females, homosexuality, nationalism, and athletics on African-American males in America.
