Addiction Counseling Certificate

The addiction counseling undergraduate certificate program prepares learners for engagement as a Level 1 Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC). The certificate includes 270 content hours across three sequential courses that directly map to eight required LADAC competency domains including assessment, treatment planning, pharmacology, and specialized populations. The rural focus addresses an underserved specialty area not covered in existing programs.
