Global and Popular Cultural Studies Minor

|
The minor in Global and Popular Cultural Studies prepares students to understand and analyze the production and circulation of global popular cultures. Students learn how to engage critically with digital media, video games, music, film, and literature from a wide range of cultural and geographic contexts. The courses also introduce students to research, writing, and analysis in the humanities. Graduating students will be prepared for a growing number of careers in cultural industries, nonprofit, and educational sectors.
