Metal Casting and Fabrication Certificate

The Metal Casting and Fabrication Certificate is designed to introduce students to the processes of metal casting and fabrication and their varied applications in multiple industries as well as in entrepreneurial pursuits. Students will learn about these processes and applications through coursework focusing on sand casting and investment casting of aluminum and bronze, various welding techniques, cold connections and engineering of structural components.
