Minor Requirements
The minor consists of 15 hours plus all prerequisites for selected minor courses. A student must earn a grade of C or better in courses required for the minor to successfully complete the requirements for this minor.
Select 3 credits from the following list.
This selection is intended to integrate the nutrition research experiences with the student’s professional goals.
- Any NUTR prefix course after other minor requirements are met (recommended)
- Any course with prefix of BCMB (after other minor requirements are met); ANSC 320 , ANSC 330 , ANSC 330 ; BIOL (any 200+); HDFS 210 *, HDFS 211 , HDFS 213 , HDFS 240 ; EEB; FDSC (any except FDSC 100 *, FDSC 442 , and FDSC 490 ); KNS (any 200+); MICR; PSYC 301 , PSYC 370 , PSYC 385 *, PSYC 445 , PSYC 450 , PSYC 459 , PSYC 461 ; PUBH 202 , PUBH 315 , PUBH 401 , PUBH 420
Alternative electives may be considered with approval of the director of the minor.
