Agricultural Leadership Minor

The purpose is to develop transferrable leadership skills that are useful within any agricultural sciences and natural resources career.

Minor Requirements

The minor consists of 15 hours.

Complete 12 hours:

ALEC 102 - Interpersonal Leadership Development 3 Credit Hours *
ALEC 202 - Leadership and Diversity in Organizations and Communities 3 Credit Hours *
ALEC 303 - Analysis of Leadership Approaches and Styles 3 Credit Hours *
ALEC 450 - Servant Leadership 3 Credit Hours *

Complete 3 hours of one of the following courses:

ALEC 492 - Internship In Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications 1-15 Credit Hours
or
ALEC 493 - Independent Study 1-9 Credit Hours
or
ALEC 483 - International Agriculture Education and Extension Systems 3 Credit Hours
