Requirements

• BCMB 511 , BCMB 512 , and BCMB 515 , and 6 hours of BCMB 516 . 
• Completion of course requirements as determined by the candidate’s faculty committee. 
• Achievement of a 3.0 or better GPA in all courses taken for graduate credit. 
• Participation in BCMB 601  and BCMB 603  during the entire period of residence. Participation in at least one journal club chosen from among BCMB 605 , BCMB 606 , BCMB 607 , BCMB 608  for three semesters. 
• 6 hours of master’s research and a thesis. 
• Passing a final examination that covers both the thesis endeavor and the subject matter of the course requirements.
