The Department of Biosystems Engineering and Soil Science offers three undergraduate degree programs – Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management, and Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Soil Sciences. Biosystems engineering is a four-year program, accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org, emphasizing engineering applications to biological systems. Construction science and management is a four-year program for students interested in construction management. Environmental and soil sciences is a strong science-based program for students interested in environmental science or soil science. A minor in environmental and soil sciences is also available. More detailed descriptions of each program are included with the curricular material that follows.
