NUTR 422 - Nutrition Counseling2 Credit Hours Introduction of individual and group-based counseling skills for aiding change in eating habits, including assessment for intervention development, and evaluation to determine intervention effectiveness. Course aims to help students begin to cultivate a professional perspective in dealing with professional ethics as applied to the field of dietetics.
