GEOG 435 - Biogeography

3 Credit Hours
Study of the changing distribution patterns of plants and animals on a variety of spatial and temporal scales. The effects plate tectonics, Pleistocene climatic change, and human activity have on world biota.

Recommended Background: Introductory physical geography or course work in botany or ecology.
