FINC 382 - Real Estate Law3 Credit Hours Fundamentals of law as it applies to real estate ownership. Covers such topics as: rules, rights, and duties of owners of real estate; elements of contract law and legal documents, including acquisition, financing, and disposal of property, and leases; legal aspects of land-use controls and zoning; and ethics and professional responsibility of brokers/agents.
