COSC 103 - Introduction to Computer Science3 Credit Hours
Modular programming in an object-oriented programming language, including string and vector manipulation, file I/O, bit operators, Boolean algebra, pointers, simple sorting and binary search, plus introductions to recursion and templates.
Credit Restriction: Students who have received credit for COSC 202 or COSC 230 may not receive subsequent credit for COSC 103.
(RE) Prerequisite(s): COSC 101 with a grade of C or better
(RE) Corequisite(s): COSC 104 and MATH 132* or MATH 141* or MATH 147*
