FDSC 269 - Meat Evaluation and Judging

2 Credit Hours
The objective of this course is to teach students the principles of evaluating beef, pork, and lamb products. This course is intended to prepare students to compete as part of a team in Intercollegiate Meat Judging at a senior college level.
