RSM 326* - Recreational Therapy Programming3 Credit Hours Course is designed to prepare students to plan, develop, and facilitate a weeklong, overnight service-learning project (outdoor recreation camp for youth and young adults with various disabilities). Students will engage in leadership opportunities and learn how to write activity-based lesson plans and implement behavioral management strategies.
Satisfies Volunteer Core Requirement: (EI) Contact Hour Distribution: Lecture - 1 credit hour; Off Campus Study - 2 credit hours Grading Restriction: Letter Grade only Registration Restriction(s): Minimum student level - undergraduate
