ENT 460 - Leading Innovation

3 Credit Hours
This course covers how entrepreneurs and managers develop processes to continually innovate, a difficult task even for firms widely viewed as being innovative. Students will examine obstacles, challenges, and opportunities for successful innovation stemming from both inside and outside of the firm. The course emphasizes building actionable, evidence-based skills for navigating the challenges of leading innovation.

(RE) Prerequisite(s): ENT 350  with grade of C or better or MGT 336  with grade of C or better.
Registration Restriction(s): Minimum student level – junior.
