BUAD 427 - Honors Human Centered Leadership Capstone Seminar: Designing Your Life and Career2-3 Credit Hours Utilizing human centered leadership and design mindsets and methodologies, this course will enable, equip, and empower learners to take ownership of their personal and professional journeys in exploring their values, strengths, interests, aspirations, and goals. The course involves deep self-reflection, brainstorming, ideation, prototyping, and testing multiple life possibilities in creating multiple personal and professional visions for their future. Students will learn to identify and reframe limiting beliefs and leave with actionable tools to design lives and careers that are meaningful, flexible, and resilient in a changing world.
(RE) Prerequisite(s): IB 407 and BUAD 317* Registration Restriction(s): Admission to the Haslam College of Business’s Smith Global Leadership Scholars Program.
