BCMB 440 - Advanced Human Physiology and the Pathophysiology of Disease3 Credit Hours This course explores the cellular mechanisms that maintain physiological homeostasis within the human organism. Students will examine how cells regulate internal functions, as well as how disruptions in these processes contribute to various diseases. The course integrates principles of biochemistry, molecular biology, and cellular physiology to provide a comprehensive understanding of health and disease at the organismal level.
