AREC 350* - Agri-Food Value Chain Management

3 Credit Hours
Examination of all business activities involved in the agri-food value chain from farm producers to consumers. Includes analysis of value-added processes, marketing functions, industry structures, marketing channels, and marketing options for agricultural producers.
