Introduces non-JD students to the constitutional and non-constitutional procedural components of the criminal justice system, from pre-trial to post-trial proceedings.
Grading Restriction: A-F (letter grade) only.
Registration Restriction(s): Limited to students enrolled in master’s level programs offered by or in conjunction with the College of Law. Not available to JD students.
