Introduces non-JD students to federal and state law concerning intellectual property and related interests, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyright, right of publicity, and unfair competition.
Grading Restriction: A-F (letter grade) only.
Registration Restriction(s): Limited to students enrolled in master’s level programs offered by or in conjunction with the College of Law. Not available to JD students.
