NE 650 - Advanced Topics in Semiconductor Detectors3 Credit Hours Covers the physical foundation and application of semiconductor detectors. Topics include the historical development and fabrication of semiconductor detectors, how to characterize their electronic properties and performance, current state-of-the-art, and their applications.
