LAW 847 - Constitutional Rights and Liberties

Advanced study of constitutional rights as protected by the Bill of Rights and 14th Amendment.
Grading Restriction: Numeric grading (JD students); A-F grading (other graduate students).
Repeatability: May be repeated if topic differs. Maximum 9 hours.
