MATH 222 - Financial Mathematics

3 Credit Hours
This course provides the necessary mathematical background for the Financial Mathematics exam from the Society of Actuaries.  Topics include: interest, time value of money, annuities, loans, bonds, general cash flows, portfolios, and asset liability management.

(RE) Prerequisite(s): MATH 142  or MATH 148
