HALS 208 - Foundations of Leadership II1 Credit Hours Building upon the knowledge acquired in Foundations of Leadership I, Foundations of Leadership II is an advanced course carefully curated to elevate students’ leadership capabilities to new heights. This course explores intricate leadership concepts, including transformational leadership, strategic thinking, change management, and fostering innovation. Students will be able to hone their unique leadership styles, master the art of leading amidst ambiguity and uncertainty, and delve into effective strategies for achieving organizational growth and success. With a strong emphasis on ethical leadership, the course will also underscore the significance of cultivating a supportive and inclusive organizational culture.
