PSYC 484 - Sleep and Dreaming3 Credit Hours Exploration of the biological, personal, and societal relevance of sleep. Topics spanning a cellular-level understanding of how sleep and dreams are generated by the brain to the effects of sleep disruption on both personal and public health and safety.
