PLSC 434 - Vegetable Crops3 Credit Hours Fundamental principles of biology and culture of warm and cool season vegetables, including morphology, physiology, distribution, utilization, propagation, production systems, harvesting, and storage and processing. Methods of vegetable crop disease management including cultural practices, resistance, chemical, and biological control.
