Mechanisms of cell division, replication, transcription, translation, splicing, recombination, DNA repair and transposition, chromosome organization, DNA-protein interaction in gene regulation, genomic imprinting, epigenetics, RNA interference, and genome evolution.
(RE) Prerequisite(s): BIOL 240 . Comment(s): Intended for biology majors in biochemistry and cellular and molecular biology concentration but also open to biology majors in other concentrations.
