MGT 472 - International Human Resource Management3 Credit Hours Introduction to international human resource management from the perspective of the multinational firm. Topics include globalization and human resource strategy, understanding culture in the management of human resources, intercultural differences, selecting employees for international assignments, training and developing expatriate employees, and evaluation and compensation of employees in international assignments.
