2 Credit Hours
Introduction to engineering for entering students with previous credit in mechanics physics. Introduction to the engineering profession and disciplines. Introduction to engineering problem solving and design through individual and team projects. Oral and written reports required.

Recommended Background: Advanced placement or transfer credit for calculus-based mechanics physics.
