LAW 893 - The Law of Outer Space2 Credit Hours Seminar examining the law of outer space, both from an international standpoint (chiefly treaties such as the Outer Space Treaty of 1967, the Liability Convention, etc.) and from a domestic standpoint (chiefly domestic regulatory law as embodied in the Commercial Space Launch Act as amended, and regulations administered by the FAA, Department of Commerce, etc.). Grading Restriction: Numeric grading (JD students); A-F grading (graduate students). Registration Restriction(s): JD students only or with Instructor Permission.
