LAW 869 - Federal Indian Law

2-3 Credit Hours
Provides students with an understanding of the foundational doctrine, history, and current trends in Federal Indian law. Using a mix of case law, secondary sources, and newspaper articles, students are given the tools they need to identify and to analyze issues related to Federal Indian law in their legal practice.
Grading Restriction: Numeric grading (law students); A-F grading (graduate students).
Repeatability: Not repeatable. May be taken once for 2 or 3 hours.
Registration Restriction(s): JD students only or with Instructor Permission.
