MGT 503 - Strategic Decision Making

Introduction to the topics of managing people and organizations as well as decisions and actions related to competitive positioning in an industry. Provides exposure to theories of organization, important organizational and behavioral issues and processes; explores a variety of strategies useful to successful organizational leaders. Provides overview of strategic management theory, with a focus on factors that lead to competing successfully in a global world, including industry competitive position, strategic processes, leadership and implementation.
