MATH 503 - Mathematical Reasoning and Proofs for Teachers

3 Credit Hours
Logic of compound statements and quantified statements, arguments with quantified statements. Set theory. Proof methods. Elementary number theory. Mathematical writing and design of writing projects for mathematics classes.
Credit Restriction: May not apply toward mathematics major (Master of Science).
