MGT 556 - Strategic Leadership Capstone Experience3 Credit Hours An applied, skill-development course focused on group and organizational leadership competencies. Areas of emphasis include negotiation, coaching and mentoring employees, leading and managing projects, organizational culture, and leading change efforts. Course includes an integrative Capstone Project experience, consisting of case studies and/or other activities requiring synthesis and application of knowledge from all areas of the program curriculum and demonstration of strategic leadership skills. (DE) Prerequisite(s): Management 520 and HRM 521. Registration Restriction(s): Master of Science – Management and Human Resources major (or previous program name: Master of Science – Human Resource Management). Otherwise, contact instructor of record for permission to register. Minimum student level – graduate.
