LAW 856 - Advanced Criminal Law3 Credit Hours Examines corporate criminal liability (also commonly known as white collar crime). Deals with selected substantive criminal law and procedural areas important when dealing with business or corporate clients. Course coverage includes the study and application of several federal criminal statutes, and some state common law doctrines. Grading Restriction: Numeric grading (JD students); A-F grading (other graduate students). Registration Restriction(s): JD students; other graduate students with instructor permission.
