LAW 887 - International Business Transactions2-3 Credit Hours Doing business with foreign persons and in foreign countries; acquisition and use of property within foreign country; regulation of international business transactions by international organizations and foreign governments; analysis of international conventions and laws of foreign countries affecting business and comparison of those conventions and laws with United States law. Grading Restriction: Numeric grading (JD students); A-F grading (other graduate students). Repeatability: Not repeatable. May be taken once for 2-3 hours.
