NUTR 272 - Chocolate, Cheese, and Wine

3 Credit Hours
Students will learn all about chocolate, cheese, and wine, first from the historical perspective, then how do you make, pair, and taste these foods, and finally, to what it does in the body and to our health- all through the lens of science (agricultural, culinary/food, and nutrition).
