SCM 414 - Manufacturing and Service Processes

3 Credit Hours
This course explores issues associated with designing and managing manufacturing and service processes. Students will be exposed to material describing how operational processes support business strategy, as well as techniques for designing, evaluating, and managing production processes for goods and services. Statistical process controls and techniques are included.

(RE) Prerequisite(s): 311 and 312 with grades of C or better.
