MGT 556 - Strategic Leadership

An applied, skill-development course focused on group and organizational leadership competencies.  Areas of emphasis include negotiation, coaching and mentoring employees, leading and managing projects, culture, and change.
(DE) Prerequisite(s): Management 520 and HRM 521.
Registration Restriction(s): Master of Science – Management and Human Resources major (or previous program name: Master of Science – Human Resource Management). Otherwise, contact instructor of record for permission to register. Minimum student level – graduate.
