ECON 421 - International Economics3 Credit Hours Balance of payments, exchange rate determination, monetary and fiscal policies, monetary arrangements, comparative advantage, tariff and nontariff trade distortions, protection arguments, and regional integration, with analyses based upon intermediate-level economic theory. Credit Restriction: Students may not receive credit for both Economics 421 and International Business 429. (RE) Prerequisite(s): 311 or 312.
